Profile

Kutluhan Bozkurt graduated in Law from Marmara University Istanbul and obtained a degree of LL. M. Eur. from the University Of Ludwig Maximilian Munich, Germany. He finished also PhD program at the University of Vienna, Austria. He worked approximately 9 years in Turkey both as an Attorney and as a Judge in the different courts as well. He focused and gained extensive experience in Turkish law and law system, the European law, legal aspect of the relations between Turkey and the European Union.

Next to this he has gained international experience in different organisations, universities, companies and also in different law systems, in Austria, Germany, Belgium and Turkey. In addition, he participated in a series of national and international projects as a legal expert and project manager. He has publications and congress proceedings, which were published in Austria and Turkey.

His knowledge of the Turkish legal system as a whole beside his knowledge of the European Union, his language and academic skills, extensive experience in different countries and his connections in Turkey and in the Turkish legal environment, make him an additional value to the international team of foreign Lawyers active at A-Law. He will be the responsible person for Turkey and the Turkish Desk at A-Law attorneys.
