Profile 
Liliana Lizarazo Rodríguez obtained her law degree at the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá (Colombia) and obtained post-graduate degrees in Financial Law, Development Policy, and Public Administration and Management.   She is currently finalizing a PhD in Law at Ghent University.

Liliana Lizarazo Rodríguez was admitted to the National Register of Lawyers of Colombia in 1991. Since then, she has practiced as a lawyer in reputed law offices in Colombia, as independent lawyer, consultant and researcher.

She has also worked for the public sector in Colombia, including the National Tax and Customs Administration and the National Conference of Governors. Her areas of expertise include: administrative law, economic law, business law, financial law, public procurement, tax and fiscal law and constitutional law.

She has an interdisciplinary and international background and has published on various aspects of economic law.

As a consequence of this cultural and legal background, Liliana Lizarazo Rodriguez has affinity with the systems of law in different South-American countries and in particular in the Andean Region.

She advises Spanish speaking South-American clients, and European clients with business interests in South-America
