Profile

Ticiana Cesar de Noronha obtained her law degree at the Federal University of Santa Catarina in 2001 and qualified as a Brazilian lawyer during the following year. She obtained a LL.M in Public International Law from the University of Geneva (Switzerland), and a Master of Arts in International Politics from the Free University of Brussels (Belgium).

Her areas of expertise cover Brazilian and Mercosur Law, Business Law, Contract Law, International Trade Law, International Public Law and Intellectual Property Law.

Due to her Brazilian and European background Ticiana Cesar de Noronha is capable to advise clients doing business both in South America and Europe.

She has worked for the United Nations (Project on Dispute Settlement in International Trade, Investment and Intellectual Property; UNCTAD), and for the Embassy of Brazil in Brussels. During her studies she assisted the Prosecutor of Justice of the State of Santa Catarina (criminal affairs).
